Adult patient with moderate maxillary hypoplasia, upper incisive pro inclination, left posterior crossbite, complete left side class 2 in maximum intercuspation. After muscular deprogramming, in centric relation the compression and relation of canine class 2 is incomplete bilateral. Habit of lingual swallowing.Duration of treatment
